Question: Why are charges levied for just downloading something and sending to me which is already there on the internet?

Answer: This needs to be answered in two points, both of which are equally important to note:

It is not you alone who requested us to download something for you. We get large number of such requests from hundreds of clients. So, if we do not levy charges, most of our working hours will have to be spent without any financial return. As a result, any tech service provider will be able to sustain such losses, and the business will have to be closed down.
Anything on the internet is not easily available to the public for downloads. There are special methods to do it, some of which are not within the control of the public. So, it is not unreasonable to pay a fee for something which you cannot do yourself and have to use the services of experts. Downloading Youtube videos and Facebook videos from accounts that do not belong to you are two such examples. Also, some items are download protected and some are even illegal to download. Tech support providers like us have special methods to download almost anything that is there on the internet, but even then we have to be selective on dowloading things following internet ethics and keeping the legal allowances in mind.
